5. Local Storage & Personal Lists

Your Favourites, Watchlist, Reminder preferences, theme settings, and language visibility settings are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage or the app's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Clearing your browser cache or uninstalling the app will permanently delete these lists.

6. Notifications

The Website and app may request permission to send browser push notifications. These notifications are used solely to remind you of upcoming movie releases. You can withdraw notification permission at any time through your browser or device settings. We do not send marketing or promotional push notifications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content — including the MovieVibes.net name, logo, branding, layout, design system, and editorial text — is owned by MovieVibes.net or used with permission. The MovieVibes Android app (package: net.movievibes) is a companion to the website. By installing and using the app, you additionally agree to:

• Updates being distributed via Google Play and subject to the same terms
